Oare Posta Romana e mai buna decat serviciul postal din state?

Oare de ce nu ti-se spune sau de ce nu te avertizeaza nimeni despre modul in care coletele sunt "manuite" si de se se plateste taxa pentru obiect fragil cand in Romania toate pachetele sunt manuite oricum la fel?!
Oare cum reusesc performanta sa indoaie si sine de metal pentru tenulet?

:) Din experienta colectiva e aproape imposibil sa depui o plangere sa fi despagubit pentru un obiect deteriorat sau distrus total. Multe plangeri sunt ignorate sau de cele mai multe ori descurajate de catre lucratori postali si daca totul e pierdut exista si "ferestrele" care si-le creeaza incat sa nu fie responsabili absolut de loc.

Pareri? Alte modalitati de transport, ambalare? voi cum procedati?
